Zen garden, french style

Daisuke Sugawara and Shigeki Maeda - In this first joint project, developed for Archilab, where around 30 Japanese architects have been invited to explore domestic and urban space.

. .

The result is an area covered in white sand with vertical surfaces clad in bamboo to create a homogeneous landscape, while a series of hanging mirrors reflects the movement of visitors to create an interactive situation.

I would love to visit this zen installation and experience it directly. It's quite amazing. You are busy unearthing new maps for us again!
