Rotating City

It looks like some vintage science fiction dream come alive, or some kind of attempt to re-animate one of Calvino's invisible cities, yet"High Rise" company clearly believes that dreams can be built and it has quite a portfolio of unique buildings to prove it (some already built in the fairy-tale environment of Dubai).

"The Rotating City"in Dubai is a new concept in urban planning, with floating and "flying" villas on the water, and where every building rotates and faces different environments according to the owner's wishes, Flying Wedding Halls and more.
