In here
Visiting again an Artist i'm deeply touched by, his video works has a dream-like quality that offer a magical transformation of an ordinary domestic space and all of them introduce elements that are surreal but characteristically serene. Here are some stills from various works by HIRAKI SAWA. The artist say that his works are about travelling without leaving a place and also about his own feelings of alienation and on arriving to Britain from Japan and a period of living in London flats. watch the Video project Going Places Sitting Down

Dear Moon,
What a wonderful concept. I like the idea of using myself as a fluid, moving free territory also. We might as well be theater.
Princess
I came to visit again and could see myself riding one of these watery horses in a dreamworld where fish can fly.
strange, i could see my self in a dream i seem to know since ever, riding these horses, and being in this fairy like places, as if it was part of my hidden past.
I wonder if Pegasus ever flew through water.
I came back to visit the horses in water again and once again it nudges my imagination.
This may be one of my favorite posts as I return to the dreaming/floating horses again and again.
it is one of my favorite artists as well, and yes, this dream like land that he creates is so very much tempting....
This is so good I consider it's so crazy and it captures my attention a lot, I'd like to be able to do something creative like that in order to exhibiting them in a Museum or something like that.
